Ordering

Disclaimer

Every effort is made to ensure a true representation of the works please be aware that due to variations in monitor calibration the on-screen colours are only a guide and the finished piece may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Delivery

Delivery will be made between 14 and 21 days within Australia. If you are in a hurry then please feel free to call us. It may be possible to make quicker delivery. Outside Australia delivery will depend on courier or postal timing, after you place your order we will make enquiries and inform you of the timing.

Paper prints will be sent out in reinforced card tubes.

Greeting Cards will be sent in reinforced envelopes or boxes depending on quantity ordered.

Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated by weight of the order and indicated in the reply to your order.

Refunds

All care is taken in the printing and production of our products.

Due to the fact that each item is created specifically to order we are unable to offer refunds.

Copyright

Ownership of the artwork is transferred upon receipt of payment.

The Copyright remains the property of DigItArt.

Media

Art on paper will be created for you using 210 gsm heavy weight, fine art paper with a smooth satin surface finish.

Greeting Cards are printed on 250 gsm white card. Each Greeting Card has an envelope enclosed and is packaged in a clear cellophane bag.

Limited Editions

All printed art is signed and numbered limited edition of 75.
